Shipping Information
We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We also do not ship to PO Boxes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We offer free shipping on orders over $35 and up.
We ship by USPS or UPS mail. It can take 1-2 business days to process your order depending on demand and the season. All orders are processed Monday – Friday. We do not process orders on the weekend.
Once processed, your order will usually arrive within 5-7 business days by UPS Ground or within 1-3 business days by USPS Priority Mail.
You will receive order tracking information when the package ships.
Damaged Shipments
If your package is damaged, please take photos to document and save the packaging. Then, email the photos including your name, order number, and description of the damage to [email protected]. We will replace reported damages typically within 1-3 business days once we process a claim with the carrier and authorize an investigation if necessary.
Returns and Refunds Information
Returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase for ONLY unopened items. You will have to pay the return shipping. The refund can take up to 30 days to show on your account with purchases made by credit card or debit card. If purchased with a Paypal balance or through your bank account, the refund will show up in your Paypal account and can take up to 3 to 5 days to credit back.
